Project management of multiple successful acquisitions/mergers, across the financial services, accountancy and legal sectors.
Implementation of a Group wide migration to new IT system; across 7 offices, with 80 staff, including several industry sectors. Financial value 12% reduction to P&L.
Sourced new Head Office location and project managed relocation including employees (x 30), equipment and all comms systems.
GDPR consultancy to over a dozen companies, providing digital infrastructure strategies, migration planning, implementing change and training all staff on changes. Value added via consumer comfort based on efficient and compliant approach to legislation changes. In addition, performed the role of DPO for two regulated companies.
Start-up business operations consultant specialising in the set-up phase (0-24 months), preparing systems, processes, infrastructure and compliance. Financial value added via maximising cash flow and minimising losses through the implementation of robust systems and processes.
Management of PR, marketing, advertising, sponsorships deals for a financial services Group of companies – managing press, media, engagement and sale strategies. Activating sponsorship agreements with a premiership football team and pro 14 rugby team. Contract value total £1m over 4 years, ROI circa £2m.
Creation, implementation, management and co-ordination of COVID-19 H&S/employee health and well-being strategy/operation pivot to home working across 10 companies, 7 offices, England and Wales, all with varying requirements and business needs. Focus put on increasing productivity through and avoiding large capital expenditure to keep showcase maximised potential with investment already made.
Management of F&B venues in London and Cardiff with average turnover of +£2m with 30-50 employees. Venues included restaurants, bars, hotels and private members club.
